Impossible installation?

This is a sauna, steam room, shower, bath, music player, and telephone with flashing lights under the water.

Our client bought it online, sight unseen. It weighed half a ton, and came in pieces with instructions very poorly translated from Chinese. The unit didn't meet code on rough plumbing, meaning that we had to work hand in hand with the inspector to get something that would work.

But the biggest challenge - and think about this for a second as you look at the photo - how to get the unit into position in the first place, and then plumb it in..?
