Mission Bay bath remodel

This project was extensive. The old shower pan had fallen through the floor, and all of the framing was so rotten. The bathroom floor was gone and we started the project at the point shown in the photos. A window had been situated in the old shower stall adding moisture to the mix of dry rot and termites. This is also a rental unit and so the entire project was completed on a very low budget.
